The only prop I plan on using for this music video is a hand bag or a side bag that the actress can hold onto as it will go with the costume however I'm not going to use many other props because while I was doing research on the different props in Rihanna's music video, she doesn't seem to use many unless they are a narrative. My music video isn't a narrative it's a concept based music video where it's based around one idea (moving on/freedom) therefore I won't be using many props apart from a handbag.
For the costume and outfit for the actress I plan on having a very casual outfit which is a little bit different to what Rihanna's videos usually involve however I had to do this as I couldn't recreate her outfit look. This is because the music video is a concept based, so around one idea and for her to have one costume throughout the video made sense and fitted in well with the song and the video. One piece of clothing that I would like for my actress to wear is a dark long coat as it looks expensive and upmarket which will make the outfit and video look better. The makeup will be natural as well because it is very hard to recreate Rihanna's music video makeup as most of it really dressy because its party-wear. As well as this Rihanna usually has very provocative clothing which is normally see through and as we will be filming in London that is very difficult because my actress could get ill due to it being winter.
