There are many hazards that the
producer and actress have to be aware of while filming.
Hazard 1: Tripping
The actress (Lizzie billinghurst) and
me (Simran Gill) could trip.
The risk of this happening is
medium.
To prevent this from happening or
lessen the risk I have to make sure she is careful and nothing is in her way
while she is walking around and acting. The equipment should be kept tidy and boxed at all times when not in
use.
Hazard 2: Weather/Filming in cold weather.
The actress (Lizzie
Billinghurt) and me (Simran Gill)
The risk of this
happening is low.
Make sure you keep a
coat on at all times except when it is not needed in the shot. All film crew to
wear warm clothing including gloves and a scarf. Producer must also be aware of
the weather forecast for every filming day and have back up plans prepared if
necessary.
Hazard 3: Lost
The actress (Lizzie
Billinghurt) and me (Simran Gill)
We could get lost as it is one of the biggest parks in London and really busy.
The risk of this
happening is medium.
Stay with each other to reduce the risk of getting lost however if we did get lost then we would have our phones to contact each other with.
Hazard 4: First aid
The actress (Lizzie
Billinghurt) and me (Simran Gill)
The risk of this is
low.
Producer must be
responsible for access to all First Aid Facilities and must have all emergency
contact numbers for all emergency services. A mobile will be kept on the
producers at all time to ensure any emergency calls can be made.
Hazard 6: Members of the public
The actress (Lizzie
Billinghurt) and me (Simran Gill) and members of the public.
The risk of this is
low. Producer must
acknowledge the ‘Right of Way’ by members of the public, Producers are also
responsible for the acceptable and respectful behaviour of the unit at
all times towards the public.
